Essentially control of WAP rests with its Members and we invite your organisation to become a formal voting Member of the Partnership. It’s free and entitles your group to vote at meetings and have a say in the future of the area. To take up this opportunity please complete and return the form.

Every member of WAP is required to promise, if the Charity is dissolved while he or she or it is a member or within twelve months after he or she or it ceases to be a member, to contribute such sum (not exceeding £10) as may be demanded of him or her or it towards the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Charity incurred before he or she or it ceases to be a member, and of the costs charges and expenses of winding up, and the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.

Our organisation is required to appoint one of its members to vote at WAP meetings and we undertake to notify WAP of the name of our appointee, in accordance with the notification requirements set out in the Articles of Association.
