Projects overview

Wells Area Partnership supports a number of projects to enable community activity to be developed across the area.

The top 2 priority issues that have been identified from research and consultation so far identifies projects that support young people and housing for local people.

Wells Youth Network supports and encourages young people in the district to take an active part in their own well-being and the well-being of the community;  Homes for Wells is focusing on providing affordable homes for rent to local people with a proven connection to the area; the Community Chest has enabled voluntary groups across the area to access money for activities that are hard to fund.

WAP projects are identified by ‘need’ and ‘sustainability’.  All suggestions are welcome.
